Ch26 is non network, local broadcaster, therefore it can not be viewed outside it's local marketing broadcast area and Sacramento is outside of the service area.

By F.C.C, Sacramento residence can not add ch26 as it's local channel, but if you activate a Dish service in the ch26 service area (bay area), then that Dish receiver be qualified to receive the local(bay area)service. Then you use it outside the service area (in this case in Sacramento).

Do you have Relatives or Friends reside in Bay Area who can activate Dish service for you?

Sacramento used to get KTSF during the 90's but the cable provider then stop because they would show informercials all day long. I am surprised that we do not have the channel nowadays with Comcast and they do get requests. The only suggestion is to have a high powered TV antenna to get their signal if you live in a house. Unless somebody decides to stream the channel.

I live in Sacramento. How can I get or subscribe to KTSF Channel 26 (Tokyo TV/Fujii TV). Through COMCAST I have Channel 245 TV Japan (NHK). Is there some way I can get Channel 26/KTSF?
