  1. I grew up watching bill and ted movies and crap like point break. I also consider myself a decent judge of an actors capacity to perform a role.
I enjoyed the matrix trilogy, but the Animatrix blew the trilogy away for a good number of reasons, but one of the biggest reasons is because keanu wasnt in it. His Martial arts talent is suspect at best, and his demeanor can be percieved as anywhere from stoned indifference,to bonafide idiocy. I liked the guy in Constantine, but Spike is a totally different breed of badass. there HAS to be someone else.....

So! Taking in all of this into consideration, i ask you reader, the following question:Who would you cast as Spike?

don't forget the fact that in the second matrix movie...there was Keanu's ass.
That's the reason why that movie sucked.

    yea...he seems so....mono-toned and emotionally-crippled.
(which in turn was perfect for Constantine....a character who was shunned by God and "desired" by Lucifer)

  4. Bill and Ted was classic! I actually can't see Keanu Reeves any other way. Still his best role after all these years. He was awfully lucky to land the Matrix, really.

I've wiped the ass from my memory. I saw the second and third Matrix movies in the theaters exactly one time each and don't really plan on seeing them again. Constantine I thought was ok. Don't waste your time with "The Day the Earth Stood Still" though.

Problem is I don't want to see Cowboy Bebop live action at all. Some characters just aren't meant for real life.

  5. That is very true. I would have have made a live action Ghost In The Shell if i had the chance to live action film an anime. But some anime should never be anything but anime.

    The people have spoken.

  7. I just thought of a guy which would be good for a live action Spike. I thought it would be Ryan Reynolds. He's signed to be Deadpool from X-Men, but that's a pretty good choice I think IMHO. ^^
