Well... if they can at least get Yoko Kanno and the Seatbelts back to do the soundtrack for the film, then in the worst case it won't be horrible.

well, spike is generally sort of emotionless -- and no one does emotionless acting better than keanu :-P

actually...dunno if it's "emotionless" or not...I've always thought spike was considered as a "cool cat" (to borrow a bebop/jazz term).
the only problem is...ever since seeing the second matrix movie...I have his ass in my mind.....and that's all I will see when I see him as spike...his bare ass....ewwwww

Keanu as Spike??? He didn't do very well as Constantine. Someone else please change it!

ahahha....constantine wasn't that bad (though, I must admit, I like the Lucifer character....which by the way, I think is the same guy who plays the Russian Cosmonaut in Armageddon...the one who says "Russian components, American components....all made in Taiwan!")
anyways, I digress....the second Matrix movie was the main reason why I don't want Keanu playing spike....man...I did not...nor the rest of the world....need to see Keanu's pale ass.
