I wasn't immediately hooked but I must admit that the show has gradually grown on me. </p> <p>After the first few episodes I began thinking about Spike's character and how he reminded me of a "wandering samurai" anitihero archetype. What was kinda cool was at the same moment that I came to this realization the following scene occured. In episode 3 in the casino there was a scene where patrons watched a black and white samurai flick while Spike walked casually by and jingled chips in one hand and then Spike paused to look at the screen.
