JTB USA is also the only designated travel agency in the US selling reservation tickets (admission vouchers) to the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are good for designated dates only. JTB sells tickets for the same yen prices as in Japan plus a handling fee.
